Their assistance during the planning stages thru the installation process has resulted in attaining the look and performance we wanted to achieve with the windows and doors.

Ron Graham, your installer, did an excellent job and, in my opinion, went beyond the call of duty to install the windows and doors. In an effort to close the house up because of an impending storm, he worked into the darkness using flashlights and headlights to complete the job.

I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for our new kitchen, French doors, and garden window. The folks with Windows & More, and especially Keith Jones, have been great to work with. You listened to our plans and needs and valued our input. You presented options and products that were within our budget, and you were realistic about the time frames.

Keith Jones is a wealth of information and experience. His insights on the product, design, and overall process of a kitchen renovation were invaluable. He led us through what is almost always a complex process. Thanks to Keith our kitchen was "out of commission" only the shortest possible time.

The cabinets are functional, as well as beautiful. The granite countertops are a durable work surface and add warmth and depth to the design. The garden window expands and brings light into the sink area, and the new French doors fit right in with the house.

We could not be more pleased with the products or the process. We would highly recommend Windows & More and Keith Jones to anyone considering a remodeling project. Thank you for all your assistance.

This is a follow-up to let you know Fowl Cay is a "first class" resort and has enjoyed a good first season. It was a long, arduous process, but the end result was worth it.

From day one, Libby and I focused on the windows and doors. While there were some bugs to be worked out, Windows & More pitched in and proved to be a valuable ally.
