It is with a warm heart and now warm house that we want to thank you for installing our new windows. After the first winter in our house, we were appalled at the cost we were paying to heat the house since our house, built in the 1950s, did not have good insulation or windows to keep in the warmth. We literally watched the draft blow through the house and our money blow out the window.
After contacting you and meeting with your representative, we decided to purchase windows for the whole house. What an easy process. Your workers came, were wonderfully responsible and caring about our house, and completed the job in record time. We particularly enjoyed Donal who entertained us with stories and kept us updated from start to finish on the process.
The second winter we were noticably warmer using less fuel consumption and our heating bills were reduced significantly. What a great investment! Thanks for your walking us through the process and for the professionalism of your workers and their competence at the assigned job.
We love the windows and it is noticably more comfortable in the house because of the windows.

Ron Graham, your installer, did an excellent job and, in my opinion, went beyond the call of duty to install the windows and doors. In an effort to close the house up because of an impending storm, he worked into the darkness using flashlights and headlights to complete the job.

I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for our new kitchen, French doors, and garden window. The folks with Windows & More, and especially Keith Jones, have been great to work with. You listened to our plans and needs and valued our input. You presented options and products that were within our budget, and you were realistic about the time frames.
Keith Jones is a wealth of information and experience. His insights on the product, design, and overall process of a kitchen renovation were invaluable. He led us through what is almost always a complex process. Thanks to Keith our kitchen was "out of commission" only the shortest possible time.
The cabinets are functional, as well as beautiful. The granite countertops are a durable work surface and add warmth and depth to the design. The garden window expands and brings light into the sink area, and the new French doors fit right in with the house.

This is a follow-up to let you know Fowl Cay is a "first class" resort and has enjoyed a good first season. It was a long, arduous process, but the end result was worth it.
I especially want to thank you for your persistance and dedication towards making the project successful. I realize that we created a new and very specific product for our application. From day one, Libby and I focused on the windows and doors. While there were some bugs to be worked out, Windows & More pitched in and proved to be a valuable ally.
Thank you for providing services and expertise beyond just supplying windows and doors. I'm not sure how this would have turned out with another window supplier, but I'm glad I didn't have to find out. Providing multiple service trips to the Bahamas really did prove to me that Windows & More stands behind its products.
